Automatic Catwalk

Hydraulic Drill Pipe Bin

The main body of the hydraulic drill pipe bin is a box truss structure. The equipment includes tie rods, two sets of guide rails, hydraulic cylinders, etc. Each set of guide rails is symmetrically installed on the inner side of the side walls at both ends of the drill pipe box, and support beams are set in each set of guide rails; The hydraulic oil cylinder is respectively connected with the bottom of the pipe bin and the support beam through the pin shaft; Pad eye seats are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the top of the pipe bin, and the tie rod is installed on the ear seat through the rotating pin. The drill pipe is installed in the box and can be transported directly. In the operation, the pipe bin is arranged at the rear end of the pipe rack, and the drill pipe is pushed onto the drill pipe frame through the hydraulic oil cylinder, saving time and labor.
